By signing up for or using any service provided by RK Airwave Logix, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms are legally binding and designed to protect both you (the customer) and RK Airwave Logix.

Service Overview

RK Airwave Logix is a Jamaican-based shipping and courier company. We facilitate the forwarding, handling, and delivery of packages from international retailers to recipients within Jamaica. We also offer online purchasing assistance, customs guidance, and local delivery solutions.

2.

Customer Agreement

By registering for our services, you:

  • Confirm that you are 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent.

  • Authorize RK Airwave Logix to receive, process, and deliver shipments on your behalf.

  • Agree to pay all fees, duties, taxes, and charges associated with your shipments.

3.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • Air shipments typically takes (2-5) days after arrival at our U.S. warehouse; sea shipments may take longer.

  • RK Airwave Logix is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, airline disruptions, or third-party errors.

4.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

  • All duties, taxes, and fees imposed by Jamaican Customs or relevant authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

  • RK Airwave Logix does not alter invoices or undervalue goods to avoid customs fees.

5.

Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship or attempt to ship any of the following:

  • Weapons, explosives, firearms, or ammunition

  • Illicit drugs or controlled substances

  • Perishable items or hazardous materials

  • Currency, precious metals, or high-risk valuables

  • Any item restricted or prohibited by Jamaican or U.S. law

RK Airwave Logix reserves the right to open, inspect, or reject any package suspected of violating these restrictions.

6.

Liability & Insurance

  • RK Airwave Logix is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of items once they are:

    • Delivered to your U.S. mailbox by the seller

    • In transit by third-party carriers (airlines, shipping lines, customs)

    • Delivered to your Jamaican address by a partner courier

  • Limited liability insurance is available only if purchased at the time of shipment processing. If not purchased, shipments travel at the customer’s own risk.

  • For insured packages, claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery, along with proof of value and photos of damage.

7.

Personal Shopper / Shop-For-Me Terms

  • When RK Airwave Logix makes a purchase on your behalf, the order is final and non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect items, defects, or delays caused by the retailer or seller.

  • You agree to pay all related costs, including item price, taxes, shipping fees, and currency conversion charges.

8.

Package Holding & Abandonment

  • Packages will be held for up to 14 days after arrival in Jamaica.

  • Unclaimed packages beyond this period may incur storage fees or be considered abandoned and disposed of without refund.

Account Termination

RK Airwave Logix reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms

  • Refuse service at our sole discretion

Use of Trademarks

RK Airwave Logix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, eBay, Shein, Walmart, Temu, AliExpress, or any other retailer. These trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for descriptive purposes.

11.

Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Your information is used only for shipping and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

12.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt resolution directly with RK Airwave Logix before seeking legal or public recourse. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica.

Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
